Online Pharmacy Consultation Service Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a partial refund or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments (“no-shows”) without prior notice.
2. Rescheduling Policy • Customers may reschedule their consultation once without a fee if the request is made at least 12 hours in advance. • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
3. Technical Issues & Pharmacy Delays • If the consultation is canceled due to technical difficulties or a pharmacy-related issue, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Refund Processing • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
